This all started out just to help a friend who enjoys playing cards a great deal but was unable to do so because he has Muscular Dystrophy. After watching him struggle trying to pick up his cards time and time again just to see what cards he had and being unable to do so, I started to think there has to be something out there to help people like my friend to play cards.

To my surprise I couldn’t find anything, so I began to try different ways using mirrors and other materials trying to develop something to help him out so that he could enjoy the game just like he used to. Through trial and error I finally had something, a tool to help my friend, so the next time we went to the casino we asked management if he could use his card reader.

They looked at his hands and looked over the card reader thoroughly and said “No Problem”, he tried it out for the 1st time and fell in love with it, he could finally play cards like he used to, he didn’t have to worry about not being able pick his cards up to see them any more.

While we sat and played a lot of people started to notice the card reader, and one after another they began to say so many wonderful things, things like wow what a wonderful product, and I know people that could use something just like that. After I found that there is a definite need for the card reader out there, I applied for a patent.

Now I am here on the internet trying to market the  RJ Handicap Helper and Card Reader. This product will help anyone who has trouble picking up there playing cards, or anyone just looking for a different way to enjoy card games.
